Born on March 23, 1975 in Český Těšín. Not completing Law studies in Brno, in Olomouc he graduated in journalism. Poetry and prose author, he also is a publicist and translator. He was a co-founder of literary revue called Welles and had been employed in literary magazines Neon and Lumír. His debute was called Kuním štětcem (1996). His second collection of poetry called Pan Twardowski (1998) got the Jiří Orten Literary Award; his fourth book Strýc Kalich se žení - Uncle Kalich is Getting Married - (2004) received an award for poetry. Trojak had published cycle of autobiographic-mystification stories called Brno´s Underground. “ The form of this work is distinctively diversified and many dimensional: has a form of hyperbolized stories ´bizaarre episodes´ and men‘s talk in pubs […], a reminder of Hrabal´s term ´pábitel’s collection of listened-to material...“. (Lenka Sedláková). At present he is engaged in vineculture and lives in Southern Moravia.

Days of Poetry and Wine Valtice 2009 launch to stars today (september 24th) at 8PM in the Ball-Room of the Chateau Valtice. 27 poets from 27 counries of EU came to the capital of Wine. 10 famous Chzech directors will film them and there come into beeing 27 short documentary films (portrets) about them.
